Bereavement Legal Services is a division of the Caesar and Howie Group. It specialises in the legal work necessary after a family bereavement, but also does some pre bereavement work mainly advising on wills tax planning and powers of attorney.
What happens after a death is a bit of a mystery to most people and on this site we hope to help you with lots of information about “what to do next”. We have tried to keep it simple, and recommend that most people should take professional advice at some stage in the proceedings.
Our people have either been dealing with this work for decades or have received legal training and specialised instruction on how to deal with the bereaved. We are happy to give telephone advice on 0845 8554400 and to arrange a home visit in appropriate cases. Just pick up the phone to us.
Some clients just want us to get on with the work after a telephone call.
